The driving force and passion of Resonance is facilitating the improvement of mental health, supporting the management of stress and reducing anxiety in our students while increasing the strength, balance and flexibility of the physical body, emotional body and energetic body.
Our highest intention is to help support your mental health; managing stress, regulating emotions and finding relief from anxiety while increasing joy, satisfaction and contentment. We use a variety of modalities including yoga, breath work, meditation and sound healing to teach you tools to improve your quality of life.
At the same time we are also totally focused on improving your physical health and wellness including strength, flexibility and balance of both body and mind.
We provide adaptable, inclusive guidance to support a diverse range of bodies and abilities where you fitness level and body shape don't define your experience - your presence does.
