The driving force and passion of Resonance is facilitating the improvement of mental health, supporting the management of stress and reducing anxiety in our students while increasing the strength, balance and flexibility of the physical body, emotional body and energetic body.

Our highest intention is to help support your mental health; managing stress, regulating emotions and finding relief from anxiety while increasing joy, satisfaction and contentment. We use a variety of modalities including yoga, breath work, meditation and sound healing to teach you tools to improve your quality of life.

At the same time we are also totally focused on improving your physical health and wellness including strength, flexibility and balance of both body and mind.

We provide adaptable, inclusive guidance to support a diverse range of bodies and abilities where you fitness level and body shape don't define your experience - your presence does.

Yoga Guide and Sound Healing Practitioner

My journey began in the world of fitness, where I spent twenty years training clients and studying the science of wellness. Then came my three beautiful boys—along with the hectic, joyful whirlwind of soccer practices, snacks, and school days. Through it all, I discovered yoga and sound healing, practices that grounded me in ways I never expected. Over time, these practices became more than tools for balance; they became a way of life that reshaped how I approached both movement and motherhood. They helped me reconnect to myself in moments when life felt overwhelming, reminding me of the strength that comes from stillness. Today, I blend my knowledge of the body with the healing power of movement and sound, guiding others toward comfort and calm, especially those navigating anxiety. I combine soothing sounds, gentle yoga, and mindful breathing to help soften stress and settle the nervous system. My sessions are filled with compassion, presence, and an invitation to return to peace.

Yoga Guide and Sound Healing Practitioner

I am a yoga teacher and sound professional with a passion for helping others heal and grow. I have been practicing yoga for over 22 years and teaching for over 8 at respected studios and institutions throughout San Diego, including Trilogy Sanctuary, Riff's Yoga Studios, Grotto Climbing & Yoga, and the San Diego Tennis & Racquet Club. I've also served as an adjunct professor at San Diego State University, guiding students through Yoga Philosophy and Asana. My offerings range from dynamic vinyasa and handstands to restorative sound baths, meditation workshops, lunar gatherings, journaling sessions, and Asana 101. I combine science based techniques with a deep sense of compassion and presence to create a supportive and nurturing environment for my students. My sessions include careful and precise instruction, a thoughtful and intentional sequence, and a focus on feeling good.
