Yin With Yoga Philosophy And Sound Healing Series

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice centered on holding floor-based poses for several minutes to gently access the deep connective tissues—the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Unlike more active (yang) styles of yoga, Yin emphasizes stillness, softness, and surrender, allowing gravity to guide you into deeper release. This approach supports flexibility, nourishes joint mobility, and helps calm the nervous system. Throughout the practice, sound healing will be woven in, along with reflections from yoga philosophy, creating a truly integrated mind-body experience.

We will explore ethical principles, breath work, postures, meditation and more offering tools to help you integrate the wisdom of yoga into your practice and everyday life.

This is accomplished in a very approachable way that is both inspiring and stimulating and provides a deeper understanding of yoga beyond the physical postures (asanas), fostering personal growth, ethical behavior, and spiritual development.

We help students connect with the deeper intention of yoga, promoting self-reflection, and guiding them towards a more meaningful and intentional way of living.
